Sliding Scale

A limited number of sliding scale appointments are available to support clients who may be experiencing financial barriers to care. Eligibility and availability are assessed on a case-by-case basis and may require brief documentation or discussion to ensure appropriate placement.

The goal of the sliding scale is to increase access to services while maintaining the sustainability of the practice. If you are interested in a reduced-fee option, please inquire during your consultation to discuss current openings.

Private Pay

At Empowerment Counseling and Psychotherapy Services, LLC, we recognize that some clients prefer the flexibility and confidentiality offered by private pay. Our transparent fee structure for private pay services is as follows:

Individual Therapy - 55 minute session- $175.00

Couples & Family Therapy - 90 minute session- $225.00

Prepare/Enrich Online Assessment (Per Couple) $35.00

Premarital Counseling - 90 minute session (8 Sessions) -$1700.00

Professional Development for Early Childhood Staff

At Empowerment Counseling and Psychotherapy Services, LLC, we are dedicated not only to supporting individuals and families but also to strengthening the professional community. Cancellation Policy

We recognize that unexpected situations may arise and schedules may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we respectfully ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another client and maintain the flow of care within the practice.

Cancellation Fees

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, are subject to a $75 Cancellation Fee. This policy is in place to respect the time reserved for your session and to support consistent availability for all clients. Thank you for honoring this commitment.

Good Faith Estimate

In accordance with the No Surprises Act, clients who are not using insurance are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the anticipated costs of services. This estimate is provided to promote transparency, support informed decision-making, and ensure you have clear information regarding potential fees prior to beginning therapy.
